THE KENSINGTON HOTEL IN LONDON has completed a 12-month renovation, adding a new bar and restaurant, as well as refurbished guestrooms.

The 140-room property is located in South Kensington and is the first of the Doyle Collection’s eight hotels to unveil a new look as part of the group’s multimillion-pound investment programme.

The restaurant has been renamed Town House at the Kensington and is made up of three adjoining groundfloor rooms and a heated covered terrace.

K Bar features leather wingback chairs, velvet sofas, heritage sports artwork and memorabilia for “a masculine, members’ club feel”. doylecollection.com
