Tannat was founded in 2015 in Paris’s 11th arrondissement. Chef Olivier Le Corre, who worked at The Bristol and La Tour d’Argent, offers a new French cuisine bound by seasonality, with ingredients taken from the restaurant’s own organic vegetable garden. Tannat has been successfully mixing gastronomical food with a cool atmosphere for the past three years.
