SERVICED APARTMENT SURGE IN MANCHESTER

A NUMBER OF NEW SERVICED APARTMENT PROPERTIES are coming to Manchester. Design-oriented Native opened last month in a refurbished Victorian warehouse (pictured below), while next year will see the arrival of Wilde – Staycity’s lifestyle offshoot – as well as Residence Inn by Marriott and Hyatt House by Hyatt. The latter two will replace the existing Northern Quarters Serviced Apartments and IHG’s Staybridge Suites. Other brands with a presence in the city include Supercity, Locke, Saco, Roomzzz and City Suites.
