Glory From Glashütte
With the tongue-twisting model Senator Manual Winding Skeletonized Edition, The Saxons based in Glashütte outside Dresden are going back to their roots. No coincidence that the village that built a reputation for skeletonised watches was a centre for the best German watchmaking in the 20th century. The extravagant new model Senator Manual Winding Skeltonized Edition is a masterpiece which features the firm’s own Calibre 49-18, with intricate mechanics, engravings and captivating details. It’s presented in a stylish, polished red gold case, 42 mm in diameter, which frames the skeletonized manual winding movement. The model also features a 40 hour power reserve. The galvanized silver, skeletonized dial is decoratively enhanced by a black railroad minute ring and drawn Roman numerals. Delicate blued hour and minute hands indicate the time of day.
