Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood is the perfect pre- or postcruise meal option.
Cruisers coming to Fort Lauderdale and Miami can have the time of their lives at Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood, the new part of a $1.5 billion revamp of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.
The re-envisioned Hard Rock serves delicious Steakburgers, ribs, and other hearty American favorites done with a delicious attention to detail. The 10,000-square-foot space has plenty of room for more than 250 guests, with an open-kitchen concept that gives diners intriguing glimpses of cutting-edge culinary equipment like a new 7-foot artisanal brick pizza oven and a meat-grind room where Hard Rock Cafe’s new Steakburgers are made from a signature blend of fresh Certified Angus Beef® throughout the day. There’s also a new Rock Shop design (for classic Hard Rock merch to take home), a triangular island bar (for a classic cocktail or two) and a central stage within view of all dining tables (for late-night classic rock and modern pop performances).
As well as world-class dining, Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood features fascinating memorabilia from musical artists who are bound to appeal to guests of all ages. Current icons such as John Legend, Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Maroon 5, and The Black Keys are displayed alongside clothes and instruments from classic artists like Queen, Cheap Trick, Elton John, Elvis, Michael Jackson, and Prince.
“Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood has served guests from all around the world for more than 14 years, showcasing the modern progression of our restaurants and the future of the Hard Rock Cafe brand,” says Stephen K. Judge, President of Cafe Operations for Hard Rock International. “This location is of great significance to Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, which is why we are so excited to share our brand’s new design style first with our Hollywood guests.”
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is owned and operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida and is a worldrenowned entertainment, gaming, and hospitality destination. It’s in easy reach of South Florida’s major airports — Fort Lauderdale and Miami — as well as the cruise ports of Port Everglades and PortMiami
