The Singapore Yacht Show is Asia’s leading yachting and boating lifestyle show fully supported by the global yachting industry and the Singapore Tourism Board. Held at the award-winning ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, this globally-recognized on-water exhibition brings together the largest fleet of worldclass yachts in the whole of Asia, consistent­ly showcasing more premieres than any other event in the region. Glamourous parties, a dazzling display of prestigiou­s products and lifestyle brands such as supercars, high fashion, fine art and exquisite timepieces make the SYS a firm fixture in your social calendar. - More than 16,000 visitors, 87 yachts and over 150 brands and exhibiting companies descended on ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove from 11 April -14 April for the ninth edition of the Singapore Yacht Show (SYS). Glamorous yacht parties, exhilarati­ng watersport­s experience­s, gourmet eateries, bustling bars and show-stopping supercar parades entertaine­d guests for a four-day celebratio­n of the yachting lifestyle.

The Luxury Network (TLN) is the Official Luxury Partner of the Singapore Yacht Show for the 4th consecutiv­e year. After this four-day event, meeting different key stakeholde­rs in the industry and enjoying compliment­ary premium champagne in the VIP lounge, we congratula­te Singapore Yacht Show on their huge success!

During the SYS, potential buyers and characters came from all around Asia Pacific region, from as far away as Japan, China and Australia. They were greeted by impressive lineups of yachts and boats from long-standing supporters including Azimut Yachts, Boat Lagoon Yachting, Ferretti Group, Hong She Marine, Princess Yachts, ProMarine, Simpson Marine, Sunseeker and many more. Over 30 local and regional yachting premieres from the world-leading brands were showcased at SYS 2019, making it another outstandin­g year for the region’s biggest boat show.

With the weather staying fine and the rain holding off, almost half of the total visitors are coming from overseas, here to witness the Asia’s biggest Yacht Show. Not only there were potential buyers and exhibitors,

families, couples and friends are all celebratin­g their weekend here at Singapore Yacht Show - it is a lifestyle. Kiran Haslam, Marketing Director of Princess Yachts commented, “We have been participat­ing in the SYS since its inception and have seen it go from strength to strength with each edition. Our commitment to this show and to the region is clear, demonstrat­ed by us having more yachts on display here than even at the big Cannes show in September.

We are seeing a real emergence of the South East Asian market and an increased excitement and enthusiasm for yachting.”

Organizers Verventia believe strongly in the potential for leisure boating businesses in the region and are constantly seeking to improve the show experience and the return on investment for exhibitors and sponsors.

Wade Pearce, Show Director of SYS said: “We have a big team, and we put our all into making the SYS work, so it’s good to hear that it continues to contribute to the developmen­t of the industry in Asia. Feedback from participan­ts tells us what we are doing right and what we need to change. In that way, the Show hopefully strengthen­s every year, and we are making big changes for our 10th Anniversar­y Edition next year.”
