The bathrooms come with rose gold accents courtesy of the Antonio Lupi bathtub and rose gold faucets by Hansgrohe. You’ll also notice the well-positioned Hermès accoutrements in every bathroom, too. A very modern touch is the phone-controlled A/C via the Nest app. It allows you to control the temperature for any room, wherever you are in the house, simply by adjusting it on your phone’s screen.

Terraces jut out of every corner of the penthouse as if floating. But nothing comes as impressive as the outdoor living area. The living room’s retractable panel doors open fully, blurring the boundaries between the interiors and the exteriors, creating a deck-like illusion, once more. This space can hold up to 100 people and comes with key features such as a jacuzzi, bar area and sunbeds.
