• 40 ml Hennessy Very Special

• 15 ml simple syrup

• 25 ml fresh lemon juice

• Top with sparkling wine or champagne

• Garnish: lemon twist

Build directly in a flute glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
