Iran, Ro­ma­nia Hold Joint Cul­tural Ex­hi­bi­tion

TEHRAN - The Iran-Ro­ma­nia Di­a­logue of Cul­tures Ex­hi­bi­tion will be held in Bucharest Vil­lage Mu­seum un­til De­cem­ber 20.

Ad­dress­ing the open­ing cer­e­mony, Iran’s am­bas­sador to Ro­ma­nia Morteza Abu­talebi said that art and cul­ture play a sig­nif­i­cant role in show­ing the cul­tural sim­i­lar­i­ties of nations and are im­por­tant in­stru­ments for pro­mo­tion of peace, co­op­er­a­tion and di­a­logue in the world.

He noted that fo­cus­ing on sim­i­lar­i­ties would lead to a mu­tual un­der­stand­ing and re­al­iz­ing the dif­fer­ences.

Am­bas­sadors of In­done­sia, Tu­nisia, Al­ge­ria and Jor­dan, as well as of­fi­cials from Ro­ma­nia Cham­ber of Com­merce and the heads of a num­bers of Ro­ma­nian think tanks and other well-known fig­ures of the coun­try vis­ited the ex­hi­bi­tion.
