Heads of SSIC, TAPPICO Visit Pasargad Oil Co. Plant in Abadan
TEHRAN – Head of Social Security Investment Company (SSIC) Mr. Mohammad Rezvanifar and Head of Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company (TAPPICO) Mr. Mahmoud Khodoumi visited Pasargad Oil Company’s plant in Abadan, Khuzestan Province, and inspected executive activities of the plant.
During the visit, the CEO of Pasargad Oil Company Mr. Masoud Jebraeeli briefed the guests on the performance of the company in the past 10 years as well as all ups and downs in operations of the company. He also highlighted the targets of the company for the next ten years especially in terms of increasing the production and increasing its shares of the market.
Jebraeeli hailed the head of the SSIC for his visit to the plant, adding that materializing the future programs and targets of the company relies on the supports of the SSIC. He had a detailed report on infrastructures and capacities of company and its plants as well as its terminals for exports. He also briefed the SSIC and TAPPICO chiefs on the projects which have been carried in the plant in Abadan and plant in Imam Khomeini terminal. He also pointed to the profitability of Pasargad Oil Company in recent years, pointed to the reasons behind the decline in production and exports.
During the meeting, Rezvanifar hailed the efforts and performance of the company and deplored over the fall in the indexes of the company in the past years. He also underlined pursuing legal files and boosting feed for Abadan and implementation of developmental projects in the plant.
He reiterated that all efforts will be aimed at pushing the company back to its real stand in the market.
