ﻫﻮﺍ ﻛﻪ ﺳـﺮﺩ ﻣﻰﺷـﻮﺩ ﻫﻴﭻﭼﻴﺰ ﺑﻪﺍﻧـﺪﺍﺯﻩ ﻳـﻚ ﺳـﻮپ ﺩﺍﻍ ﻭ ﺧﻮﺷـﻤﺰﻩ ﻧﻤﻰﺗﻮﺍﻧـﺪ ﺣـﺎﻝ ﻣﺎ ﺭﺍ ﺧـﻮﺏ ﻛﻨـﺪ. ﺍﮔـﺮ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﻭ ﺧـﻮﺭﺩﻥ ﺳـﻮپﻫﺎﻯ ﺗﻜﺮﺍﺭﻯ ﺧﺴـﺘﻪ ﺷـﺪﻩﺍﻳﺪ، ﭘﻴﺸـﻨﻬﺎﺩ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻫﻔﺘـﻪ ﺳﺮﺁﺷـﭙﺰ ﺭﺍ ﺟﺪﻯ ﺑﮕﻴﺮﻳـﺪ؛ ﺳـﻮپ ﮔﻮﺵﻣﺎﻫـﻰ؛ ﻳـﻚ ﺳـﻮپ ﺧﻮﺷـﻤﺰﻩ ﺗﺮﻛـﻰ ﻛـﻪ ﺑﻴﺸـﺘﺮ ﻫﻢﻭﻃﻨـﺎﻥ ﺁﺫﺭﻯﺯﺑﺎﻧﻤـﺎﻥ ﺁﻥ ﺭﺍ ﻃﺒـﺦ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﻣﻄﻤﺌﻦ ﺑﺎﺷـﻴﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻳﻚﺑـﺎﺭ ﺍﻣﺘﺤﺎﻥﻛﺮﺩﻥ ﻣﺸـﺘﺮﻯ ﺩﺍﺋﻤﻰ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺳﻮپ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﻴﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﺸﻜﺮ ﺍﺯ ﻓﺴﺖ ﻓﻮﺩ ﻭﻳﻞ ﺑﺮﮔﺮ.

ﺑﻌﺪ ﻳﻚ ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﻣﺎﻛﺎﺭﻭﻧﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺁﻥ ﺍﺿﺎﻓﻪ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ ﻭ ﺑﮕﺬﺍﺭﻳﺪ ﺣﺴﺎﺑﻰ ﺑﭙﺰﺩ.

ﻗـﺪﺭﻯ ﺯﺭﺩﭼﻮﺑﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﺁﻥ ﺑﺰﻧﻴﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺭﻧﮓ ﺑـﺎﺯ ﻛﻨﺪ. ﺩﺭﻧﻬﺎﻳـﺖ ﻫـﻢ ﺭﺏ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻴﻔﺰﺍﻳﻴﺪ ﻭ ﺁﻥ ﺭﺍ ﻳﻚ ﺳـﺮﺗﻔﺖ ﺩﻳﮕـﺮ ﺑﺪﻫﻴﺪ ﺗـﺎ ﺑﻮﻳﺶ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷـﻮﺩ.

ﺩﻭﺳـﻮﻡ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻤـﻪ ﺭﺍ ﺁﺏ ﻛﻨﻴـﺪ. ﺁﺏ ﻛـﻪ ﺟﻮﺵ ﺁﻣـﺪ، ﻣـﻮﺍﺩ ﺭﺍ ﺑـﻪ ﺁﻥ ﺑﻴﻔﺰﺍﻳﻴـﺪ ﻭ ﺑﮕﺬﺍﺭﻳﺪ ﻛﻤـﻰ ﺑﺎﻫﻢ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﺷـﻮﻧﺪ.

ﺗﺎﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳـﺒﻰ ﺍﻧﺘﺨﺎﺏ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ ﻭ ﻗﺪﺭﻯ ﺭﻭﻏﻦ ﺩﺭ ﺁﻥ ﺑﺮﻳﺰﻳـﺪ. ﭘﻴﺎﺯ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪﺻﻮﺭﺕ ﻧﮕﻴﻨﻰ ﺧـﺮﺩ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ ﻭ ﺁﻥ ﺭﺍ ﺗﻔﺖ ﺑﺪﻫﻴﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺭﻧﮕﺶ ﻃﻼﻳﻰ ﺷـﻮﺩ. ﺳـﭙﺲ ﮔﻮﺷـﺖ ﭼﺮﺥﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﺭﺍ ﺑـﻪ ﺁﻥ ﺍﺿﺎﻓﻪ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ.

ﺑﻌـﺪ ﻫـﻢ ﻧﻌﻨـﺎﻉ ﺧﺸـﻚ ﺭﺍ ﺑـﻪ ﺁﻥ ﺑﻴﻔﺰﺍﻳﻴـﺪ ﻭ ﺑﮕﺬﺍﺭﻳﺪ ﺁﺏ ﺳـﻮپ ﺑـﻪ ﻧﺼﻒ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﭘﻴـﺪﺍ ﻛﻨﺪ. ﺳـﻮپ ﻣـﺎ ﺁﻣـﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺳـﺖ ﻭ ﻣﻰﺗﻮﺍﻧﻴـﺪ ﺁﻥ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻇـﺮﻑ ﻣﻨﺎﺳـﺒﻰ ﺳـﺮﻭ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ.
