Ex­ports to Pak­istan rise 59% in 8 months on year

TEHRAN — The value of Iran’s ex­ports to Pak­istan dur­ing the first eight months of the cur­rent Ira­nian cal­en­dar year (March 21-Novem­ber 21) rose 58 per­cent com­pared to the fig­ure of the same pe­riod of time in the past year, ac­cord­ing to Iran’s com­mer­cial at­taché to Pak­istan.

Mah­moud Haji Youse­fipour said Iran ex­ported $860 mil­lion worth of goods to the neigh­bor­ing coun­try dur­ing the eight-month time of this year, ris­ing from $539 mil­lion in the same time span of the past year, the por­tal of Iran’s Trade Pro­mo­tion Or­ga­ni­za­tion (TPO) re­ported.
