Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament: The UAC holds Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the 22nd of each month.

Ash Wednesday (Today): ‘Repent and believe in the Gospel’ – Ashes will be distribute­d during 10 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. Masses.

First Confession­s: First Confession­s for the children from Scoil Mhuire, who are preparing to receive their First Holy Communion will take place tomorrow (Thursday) at 6 p.m. in the church.

Invitation: Would you like to know more about how the ProLife eighth Amendment protects both Mother and baby? And learn how to give pro-life answers to questions that often arise? Come to a Save the Eighth meeting in St Anne’s Resource Centre tomorrow night (Thursday) at 8 p.m. Materials provided. Local activities explained. First Friday of the Month This Friday: The Blessed Sacrament Adoration Chapel will be open this Friday from 10.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. Priests will be available on this day to visit the housebound and sick in the parish.

Make A Wish annual Wish Day: Volunteers are needed for WISH DAY, our annual fundraisin­g day, on Friday, March 31, Money raised on the day goes to continuing to grant wishes to our brave wish children. If you can commit to the full day or even a few hours selling our bands, please visit makeawish. ie to register online at one of our collection points. Faithfest: The tenth Faithfest will be hosted in Clonliffe College, Clonliffe Road, Dublin 9, on Friday, March 10, from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. This is a faithinspi­red event for teenagers who are invited to participat­e in dynamic programmes that will support their faith and create opportunit­ies to meet other young people. Each person is asked to bring €2, walking shoes, a warm jacket or coat and a signed consent form. Consent forms available at: evangelisa­tion.ie. Please inform the St Anne’s parish office if you intend to go, as parishes are also asked to contribute €5 per person to defray some of the costs.

Marriage Enrichment Course: This will run for four Wednesday evenings from next Thursday (March 8) to March 29, from 7.30 p.m. to 9.45 p.m. in Foxrock Parish Community Centre, Advance booking is required. Living Well with Arthritis and Related Conditions: Do you suffer with Arthritis and other conditions such as Osteoporos­is, Fibromyalg­ia Rheumatica, Lupus, Raynaud’s disease and Scleroderm­a? This six-week course will teach you to manage your pain, reduce your fatigue and increase your sense of wellbeing. Starts: Tuesday, March 21, and ends Tuesday, April 25, from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. in St Anne’s Resource Centre, Shankill. Cost: €32 (€24 Medical Card Holders). Cake Sale This Sunday: The Mum’s from the Family Mass Liturgy Group will be holding a cake bake sale and would welcome any home baked cakes and biscuits to be brought in to St Anne’s Resource Centre
