A 60th birthday to remember for Scott Stuart at The Grove

NEWTOWNMOUNTKENNEDY man Scott Stuart had a wonderful celebration recently to mark his 60th birthday.

Scott was joined for the party by his wife Margaret, son Neil and daughter Ciara.

A host of friends and family members also attended. The party was held in the Grove Bar, Kilpeddar.

Scott is a resident of Season Park in Newtown, and has worked in Dun Laoghaire Institute of Further Education for more than 40 years.

He works as a technician in the woodwork department.

Many of his colleagues came from the college to enjoy the celebration in The Grove.

Scott’s wife Margaret said that the evening was absolutely brilliant, and they were so well looked after in The Grove.

Scott said a few words of thanks to everyone for coming to the party.

Margaret’s nephew Craig Dalton was DJ for the evening, which included plenty of dancing. Scott’s children surprised him with a five-day trip to Las Vegas for himself and his wife.
