Holding phone

A MAN accused of holding a mobile phone while driving said that he didn’t receive the fine. Eamon Clancy (30), Ballybin Road, Cookstown, Ashbourne, Co Meath, appeared in Bray District Court last Thursday. The court heard that Garda Canice Dowling saw him driving while holding a phone on the N11 at Kilmacanogue on April 29, 2016.

Clancy told the court that he had moved, but that he did tell the garda his new address. Judge David Kennedy struck the matter out.
