Rachael launches TK Maxx campaign
REDCROSS girl Rachael Doak (8) has joined with TV presenter Gráinne Seoige to promote 20 years of the TK Maxx and Enable Ireland charity partnership and to promote the ‘Give Up Clothes for Good’ campaign.
A 1st Class pupil at Carysfort NS, Arklow, Rachael has availed of Enable Ireland services since being diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and is supported by the Children’s Services Team in Wicklow.
Rachael was thrilled to get the opportunity to star in the promotional campaign for the inititaive which has raised €2.2m for Enable Ireland to date to provide free services to children with disabilities in 14 counties across Ireland.
All donated items, left into TK Maxx stores, including in Bridgewater Centre, Arklow are sold through the Enable Ireland network of retail outlets around the country with all proceeds funding local projects in various communities.
