Hollywood pack way too much punch for Kiltegan

-

of points after great build up play from both Anthony Furlong and Jeffrey Bermingham.

Kevin Murphy added his second point of the match as Hollywood rose up another gear.

Tony Hannon landed a point from a placed ball in the 22nd minute after Peadar Traynor was fouled.

When Tony Hannon rocked the back of Fergal Harmon’s net in the 28ht minute, the writing was on the wall for the visitors.

Gareth Bell added another goal for the Hollywood side a minute later while Cathal Fitzgerald pointed just before the half-time whistle sounded with the score reading 2 -05 to 0-05 in favour of Hollywood.

Bryan Cullen pointed for Kiltegan on the restart, however it was Tony Hannon who added the next three score’s as Hollywood closed out the game.

Peadar Traynor and Niall Clarke each pointed before the fulltime whistle sounded. Seanie O Keefe and Harry Wilson and Shane Kelly put in a good shift in the backs for the home side.

Tony Hannon and Peadar Traynor covered every blade of grass on the pitch, however, Hollywood still need to be more clinical with their shooting as they created plenty of chances but failed to nail the target on too many occassions.

Trevor Doyle’s charges battled hard in the second half in particular Anthony Furlong, but cant wait till he gets his full panel of player’s back together for the rest of the season.

Mick Murray will be glad to have two wins out of two, and with his defense, as they broke down and intercepted a lot of Kiltegan’s attack during the game but knows too well that bigger obstacles lay ahead.
