AVOCA BINGO

Following the launch of Avoca Men’s Shed last year the members have been devising their programme for the next few months. Woodenbridge Gold Club has kindly given permission to the group to hold their meetings in the old railway station beside the club.

It has been agreed to devote two days a week to the preservation work – Wednesdays and Thursday for the moment. Mondays and Fridays will be for individual members to pursue their own projects or undertake small tasks for the broader community. Tuesday has been designated a social day when members will meet at the station at 10 a.m. (or earlier if outings are taking place)

Remember the shed is primarily a social network for men. The work is an incidental icebreaker and no skill is necessary. Contact Noel Fallon at 089 4539860 for more information.
