Car forfeited to the State

A car registered to Scott Stewart of 29 Heatherwood, Boghall Road, Bray, was mentioned during a legal application.

The vehicle was impounded on February 26 last year after it was found abandoned.

At a recent sitting of the District Court in Gorey, Judge John Cheatle ordered it forfeit to the state.

Stewart was not present in court, though he was notified of the application for forfeiture.
