Probation bond

AN Arklow man who stole items from a boat has paid €630 compensation to the injured party, Arklow District Court heard last Wednesday.

Joseph Hughes of 18 Fastnet Court, Marina Village was charged with commiting theft from a boat at North Quay, Arklow, on July 4, 2015.

The court heard that the money was paid in full and Judge Kennedy imposed a 12 month Probation Bond in his own bond of €1,200.
