AN Arklow man found with cannabis has been fined €200 at the local district court.

Mark O’Brien with an address at 29 St John’s Villas was charged with the unlawful possession of cannabis at the Bandstand, Main Street, Arklow on April 14, 2016.

The court heard that there were no previous convictions.
