Be vigilant

There has been a series of burglaries and robberies in the Bray area recently and Kilmacanogue has not remained unaffected also. One very noticeable surge is Car break ins which have increased and the car parks of the Sugarloaf Mountain and Glen of the Downs Woods have been targeted in particular. The public have been reminded not to leave anything visible in their cars when leaving their vehicle parked, even the smallest item can attract the attention of potential burglars.

Be vigilant about people going around house to house collecting for various charity organisations as some of those individuals do not work for those charities. We can all help to improve the quality of life in the area by keeping a look out for our neighbours and reporting suspicious activities to the Gardaí at Bray at 01 6665300.
