LITTLE TERN PARK
The playground will have its official opening at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 11. Everyone is welcome to attend and there will be ice cream, popcorn and face painting to mark the occasion. KAPS would ask that people refrain from entering the site till that date as works are still ongoing and safety cannot be guaranteed.

Happy Days baby and toddler drop-in group is every Wednesday morning from 10.30 a.m.m to midday at the Brockagh Centre (break in July and Aug). Come for a social morning with crafts, Messy Play, music and activities and of course light refreshments are provided. Contact Kerry 0404 45600.
TAE KWON-DO
The Wicklow Age Friendly Strategy 2017 – 2022 is being launched at the AGM of the Co. Wicklow Older Person’s Council on May 26 by Minister Simon Harris. The AGM is in the Brockagh Resource Centre, 10 a.m. to 3.45. A talk from Brendan Martin, County Librarian and John Gill, Crime Prevention Officer, Wicklow. The Glendalough car boot sales continue on the first Sunday, with the next on Sunday, May 7,. Great new and nearly new clothes and accessories, home baking, plants and much more. This full day, traditional basket-making workshop will teach you basic basketry techniques. Taught in a relaxed learning environment, you will bring home your own completed small round willow basket (a skib).
