Nomads are out on their own in All-Ireland league
NOMADS, representing Leinster, have won the All-Ireland Inter League at Grade H in Whitehall Road, Terenure last weekend.
They recorded a 5-2 win over Connacht (Claddaghduff) in the morning to set up a winner takes all match against Munster (St Mary’s Dunmanway).
They beat Munster in a hard fought match 5-1 to take the coveted title. In all the team won 14 matches to claim the ultimate prize.
Nomads Badminton is based in Loreto Sports Hall, Vevay Road, Bray and participates in both the Dublin and Wicklow Leagues.
Their Summer Club is commencing on May 30 (8.30pm to 10.30pm) and all are welcome.
