Bench warrant issued

A BENCH warrant was issued at Bray District Court last Thursday for the arrest of Louise Daly (39), 110 Oldcourt Avenue, Bray.

Daly was due before the court for the production of a probation report. Judge David Kennedy said that the report was not particularly favourable.

Daly previously admitted taking someone’s shopping bag at Lawlor’s Pharmacy in Bray. The bag contained €50 worth of pillows and a chair cover. Daly committed the offence on October 14, 2014. She also admitted taking hair gel and nail cream.
