School principal Geraldine retires
We all know of the great service Geraldine Kelly has given Kilmacanogue National School both as a teacher and then Principal. Well Geraldine has reached retirement age (you don’t look anywhere near it Geraldine) and will step down as Principal during the school holidays in August. To mark the occasion, the School parents’ association would like to invite all past parents and pupils to a reception in Kilmacanogue National School on Thursday, June 26, at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome so please put the date in your Diary. Coffee morning.
There will be a coffee morning and Plant and Cake Sale taking place in Powerscourt Rectory this Saturday (20th). The event will be run between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in aid of ‘Mothers Union, Christian Care for Families’. All are welcome and your support would be very much appreciated.
