Fitness franchise seeking Bray investors to open a local gym

-

ÉNERGIE Fitness is seeking to recruit local Bray entrepreneurs who wish to enter the fitness sector but under the franchise brand.

With 20 franchise locations, already operating throughout parts of Ireland, the company has announced plans to have upwards of 12 additional locations open or in development through strategic franchise partnerships in the next year.

This would create 120 local jobs and 48 self-employed opportunities; plus, see membership numbers increase from 25,000 to over 40,000. Bray is one of its areas being targeted for growth.

Speaking on énergie Fitness’ plans, Ireland’s Managing Director Jim Durie said: ‘We’re serious about shaking up the fitness landscape in Ireland and really building up our franchise network. We make fitness affordable through a proven business model that is built on delivering members, and owners alike, the quality and value they deserve.’

‘ Through years of experience and research, we know what works. We make it our business to understand the end user. And, it is this knowledge that has allowed us to devise a model that, regardless of your own background and experience, can support you across all levels. For instance, you may be from a business background but have no fitness experience, we can provide that and vice versa.’

Current franchisees within the énergie Fitness group are from a plethora of backgrounds; accountants, investors, managers, franchisees in other sectors, entrepreneurs, housewives, fitness teachers; demonstrating that franchising as a business model appeals to all with the right entrepreneurial spirit.

‘In the coming years, there will be opportunities for single and multi-unit investors across Ireland and specifically in Bray to operate one of our three models,’ said Jim.
