Just over two weeks to go and places are filling up fast for the Kilmacanog­ue History Society annual outing which will take place on Saturday, June 10, This very interestin­g tour includes Tullynally Castle and Gardens and the Monastic Site at Clonmacnoi­se. The cost, including transporta­tion, light refreshmen­ts and entrance fees (but excludes an evening meal) is €35 per person. Dinner that evening will be in the Grand Hotel, Moate in Co. Westmeath.
