Stole bottle of alcohol
A Bray man was in court last week for taking a bottle of Southern Comfort from Dunnes in Bray on December 7, 2016.
Paul Cranley (39), 49 Oldcourt Driv Boghall Road, Bray, also admitted not paying for a taxi at Oldcourt Drive on April 30, 2016. The court heard that he has paid €117.60 to the driver, who is happy with that, so the charge was struck out.
On April 26, 2016, gardai searched Cranley’s home and found €50 worth of cocaine in his pocket.
On May 14, 2016, Cranley was driving without NCT or tax. The court heard that the defendant had 30 previous convictions, including a lot of road travvic matters.
The matters were all adjourned to September 18 for a probation report.
