Men’s health week

International Men’s Health Week (MHW) takes place from Monday, Juune 12, to Sunday June 18 (Father’s Day).

The overall aim is to heighten awareness of preventable health problems for men of all ages, support men and boys to engage in healthier lifestyle choices and encourage the early detection and treatment of health difficulties.

Greystones Cancer Support are holding an information evening in their La Touche Place centre on Wednedsay, June 14 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. All men are welcome. For more information call (01) 2871601.
