THURSDAY WALKS

Despite the miserable wet afternoon which we had on thursday last 11 intrepid walkers still turned up for the walk on Paddock Hill. The rain stopped in time for us and we had a most enjoyable walk which included, as ever, the Gossan Stones. This week’s walk is to the Roundwood Reservoir. Meeting as usual in the Memorial Park Rathdrum for 7 p.m. and Roundwood at 7.25.

GYMNASTIC CAMPS

Gymnastics and Trampoline summer camps have been run by professional qualified coaches and performers for the past nine years. This year’s camnps as follows.

OPENING OF FOOTPATH

The new footpath from Rathdrum to Avondale will be officially opened this Friday, June 9, at 2.30 p.m. at the Avondale House and Forest Park Gates.
