Cluster of properties in auction
A CLUSTER of Wicklow properties will go under the hammer at the upcoming Allsop distressed property auction.
Number 1 - 7 Ballincarrig Court in Brittas Bay will be sold as one lot with a reserve price of €395,000 - €405,000.
A bidding deposit of €7,000 is required and bidding will open on July 5 at 9.50 a.m.
The seven two-bed houses are subject to tenancy agreements and attract a gross rent of €58,920 per annum.
Also featured in the upcom- ing auction is a 1.8 hectare parcel of land in Enniskerry with a reserve price of €85,000 - €95,000 and a parcel of land spanning 0.89 hectares in Roundwood.
