Bench warrants issued

Two bench warrants were issued at Bray District Court last Thursday.

Nicole Byrne (22), with addresses in Bray and Kildare, failed to appear to answer two charges of theft in the Bray area in April and November 2015, as well as a previous ‘failing to appear’ allegation.

Martin Lyons (22), 46 Springfield Park, Carlow, failed to appear to answer charges of driving without insurance, a driving licence and while disqualified, alleged to have occurred on January 21, 2017.
