Motorist banned and fined

ANN KILBRIDE, Croneyhorn, Carnew was fined €100 at Wexford Court on Monday, June 19, and handed a two-year disqualification from driving, on conviction for a motor insurance offence.

The court was told that the 48-year-old had two adult children and that she was on the road on her way to an appointment at Wexford General Hospital. The offence occurred on July 4 last year at Newcastle in Crossabeg.
