ACCUSED TELLS GARDAI ‘IT WAS SELF DEFENCE’ WHEN HE WAS CHARGED

KIERAN GREEN (32) of Mountain View Park, Churchtown, appeared before Tallaght District Court in relation to the killing of his partner’s mother Patricia O’Connor last Thursday.

The court is told that when charged, he replied ‘it was self defence’.

He is remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court via videolink on Thursday, June 22.
