FEET ON THE BEAT

Feet on the Beat will host a public meeting and will launch the Neighbourh­ood Watch scheme next Tuesday, July 4, at 8 p.m. in St Patrick’s Hall. All members of the community are welcome to attend.

GOLF CLASSIC 2017

This year’s senior citizen’s Christmas party fund event takes place this Saturday, July 1, in Druids Glen Resort for the Bomar Ltd and the Joe Moran Perpetual Trophies. The format is a four Person Scramble costing €180 per team including meal for four. Sponsorshi­p costs are as follows: Hole – €50, Green – €30, Tee-box – €25. Please support this worthy cause and thanks for your previous and continued support.

SENIOR CITIZENS TRIP

The annual coach trip is to Kildare and takes place next Tuesday, July 4. The total cost per person is €35 and the coach will return at 6 p.m. to Lee’s of Kilcoole for light refreshmen­ts and music till 9 p.m.

LITTLE TERN PARK

The park reopened last week and Wicklow County Council installed bollards outside the park to prevent illegal and dangerous parking. Please be advised that parking on the roundabout is strictly forbidden and offenders will be reported to the Gardaí. Please also refrain from parking in nearby housing estates and use parking spaces on Sea Road, or the car park on the Main Street, which is free for up to an hour.

PARENT/TODDLER GROUP

All are welcome to come along to the parent and toddler group at the Community Centre from 10.30 p.m. to midday every Wednesday. €2 per child.

BINGO

Bingo is held on Monday nights in St Patrick’s Hall at 8 p.m. Everybody is welcome.
