Principal honoured

We all know of the great service Geraldine Kelly has given Kilmacanogue National School both as a teacher and then Principal. Well Geraldine has almost reached retirement age and will step down as Principal during the school holidays in August.

To mark the occasion, the School parents’ association held a lovely reception for all past parents and pupils last week in Kilmacanogue National School and despite the awful weather, a big crowd turned out on the night. A presentation was made to Geraldine which she is very grateful for.
