Holy Redeemer Feast Day Thank You: We would like to say a very big thank you to everyone who joined us last Sunday week morning for our Feast Day Mass and special celebratio­ns. The day was a huge success and we were delighted so many came along. We would also like to take this opportunit­y to thank all our volunteers and staff involved in preparatio­ns both before and on the day. Without you all, the day could not have been possible. Our sincerest thanks. We regret that the change in Mass times may have inconvenie­nced some of our parishione­rs.

Sa Bhaile church gate collection: Sa Bhaile, the Bray homeless charity, will hold a collection after all Masses this Sunday. Proceeds will help Sa Bhaile secure accommodat­ion for homeless people, including families, in the Bray area. Your generosity will be deeply appreciate­d.

Peter’s Pence Collection: The recent annual Peter’s Pence collection which supports the Pontifical charities, amounted to €1,480. Thank you all for your generosity.

Holy Redeemer Youth Centre: There is an opening in the Youth Centre for a Youth Leader for a small number of hours each week. CASA, Bray: CASA (Caring and Sharing Associatio­n) Bray Group will have a church gate collection this weekend. CASA is a befriendin­g voluntary local community group that organises social activities for people with disabiliti­es, both physical and intellectu­al. As CASA Bray rely completely on the generosity of the people of Bray to fund our local group they would appreciate anything you may wish to donate.

Legion of Mary: The Legion of Mary would like to thank those who left Catholic Magazines at the back of the church. The residents in the local nursing homes were very appreciati­ve to receive the magazines. We would welcome new members. Our meetings take place on Thursday mornings at 11 a.m. in the Villa Pacis.

Used Postage Stamps Needed: Barnardos Children’s Charity is looking for used stamps. The money raised through the sale of these stamps will go directly towards their work with vulnerable children here in Ireland. If you w vg/ould like to leave your used stamps in an envelope in the basket at the back of the church we will forward them to Barnardos at regular intervals.

KELLOGG’S CÚL CAMPS

The Kellogg’s Cúl Camp returns to Enniskerry from July 24 to July 28. This one-week GAA camp provide boys and girls between the ages of six and 13 with an action-packed and funfilled week of activity during the summer holidays which revolves around maximising enjoyment and sustaining participan­t involvemen­t in Gaelic Games. Activities are player-centred with a games-based approach with a strong emphasis being placed on personal developmen­t and well-being. Activities are also organised in an ageappropr­iate manner with a view to: optimise learning, enhance friendship­s, improve physical and psychologi­cal Well-being, and promote school and club links. The camp runs daily from 10 a.m. to 2.30 p.m., the cost is €60 per child or discounted to €50 for two or more. Each child will receive a bag pack, jersey and a zip GAA top. This is an annual event which has proven to be very popular over the last number of years, children don’t have to be GAA club members with anyone between the ages of six and 13 welcome.
