Reading Challenge

-

Greystones Library is running a summer reading challenge for children. The challenge is a national initiative and is completely free of charge but children need to be members of the library in order to take books out.

The challenge is open now and children receive a reading card when they join. They use the card to keep track of their progress. The challenge is to read eight books this summer.

A range of prizes is available for different milestones along the way and at the end of the challenge children receive a Certificate with their name on it.

Children and families also have access to fun reading activities on www.summerstars.ie.
