Referee Anthony Nolan shows that by now famous black card to Blessington’s Barry Murphy for his challenge on AGB’s Ciaran Hyland during the SFC in Joule Park, Aughrim. Nolan, originally from Grangecon but now living in Rathnew, has been selected to take charge of the All-Ireland quarter-final replay between Mayo and Roscommon on Monday next in Croke Park. This comes in the wake of him refereeing the Leinster Senior football final and the All-Ireland qualifier clash bewteen Galway and Donegal. We wish him nothing but the best. Picture: Garry O’Neill
