Patrick King Memorial

The annual Patrick King Memorial Shield will take place in Ryders Field in Kilmacanogue on Saturday, Au- gust 12, at 6 p.m. This year it is hoped to get as many of the panels that played in the 2002 Carton Walsh Cup Final between Glencormac United and St Fergal’s which was one of Patrick’s proudest days in a Glens shirt. All money raised will go to AWARE to remember ‘Our Kinger’ and a monster raffle will be held in Plucks after where some great entertainment has been laid on. Please keep the date free in the Diary.
