Property Button gives away festival tickets to celebrate launch of Homeze

-

A very lucky student is set to go to Virgin V Festival in the UK, with flights included, thanks to Bray company Property Button as they launch their ‘Homeze’ service.

Maria Lyons who goes to National College of Art and Design won the prize, for just signing up for Homeze.

The web-based app is a free service to help students set up their utilities as they move in to their new home.

This is the first time a webbased app of this kind has been available to the market, and it takes away a lot of the pain points that students have as they make the move.

As they embark on their third-level career, perhaps never having lived away from home before, they have so much to think about and can be unsure.

The Homeze service has the USI rubber stamp, as a product which can be a great deal of use to the students.

‘It can help them avoid possible disconnection,’ said a Homeze spokesman, ‘it can also help avoid potentially being overcharged bills left by previous tenants.’

The Homeze crew are available to those who have signed up. Once they go in, they are provided with unbiased information on a range of products. Homeze do a lookup internally with ESB, Gas Networks Ireland and so on.

THEY also provide information on media services such as TV broadband and telephone, and bin services in the Dublin area.

All the deals that the suppliers have at that time, and in particular student friendly deals such as month-by-month, unlimited broadband, are provided.

‘ They won’t have to go wasting time ringing suppliers and suppliers won’t be trying to sell them more than they need,’ said the spokesman. ‘ They can get set up in three clicks then continue on enjoying freshers’ week!
