Taichifor arthritis

Tai chi for arthritis and falls prevention starts at St Patrick’s Parish Centre on September 5 at 2.45 p.m. There will be six classes.

The programme is evidenced based to be effective at preventing falls.

The classes will be easy, enjoyable and safe for people with arthritis to learn.
