COOLLATTIN GOLF CLUB

Coollattin Golf Club held both their ladies and gent’s Captain’s Prizes over a two weekend period with the final day being played on Saturday, August 19.

The ladies competition consisted of two eighteen-hole rounds with the score from the first round being carried forward to the second weekend.

The men’s competition consisted of a qualifying round on the first weekend and the players who made the cut went on to play a second eighteen-hole round on the second weekend.

The top players with the top scores from that second round then went on to play a final nine-hole round to decide the winners.

Overall both ladies and gents were put through a very demanding test of their golfing skills to determine the eventual winners.

Both the ladies and the gent’s competitions were very well supported and the vast majority of club members took part in the competition.
