For those interested in learning how to increase sales, the LEO are running their popular trading online seminar on Friday 8th September. The seminar is FREE to attend however you should register online via www.localenterprise.ie/ Wicklow . During the seminar attendees will be advised about the grant assistance, up to a maximum value of €2,500, which is available to businesses who want to improve their website in order to drive sales and / or sell online. Available to businesses in most sectors that are trading for more than 12 months and already have a basic website, the TRADING ONLINE VOUCHERS can be used for a range of purposes including developing an online shopping cart, developing an online sales strategy, Search Engine Marketing/Optimisation, improving User Interface and User Experience. In an exciting new feature of the Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur (IBYE) competition this year, all eligible applicants can avail of FREE training which will be focused on how to build a winning value proposition and how to deliver a winning pitch, skills which will be invaluable to entrepreneurs as they seek to establish and expand their businesses. The competition which is aimed at 18-35 year olds also boasts a prize fund of €50,000 of investment for the County Wicklow winners of the competition.
