weekend and prepare during the week with them in mind.

“I’ll have to think about that (playing a new formation in Scotland). It was enjoyable tonight and the football was very good and it worked pretty well so it’s certainly something to think about.”

Kenny does not want this weekend to be a wasted journey but he also learned this week that it was the end of the road for Marc Kenny’s Bray Wanderers career. Harry’s younger brother parted ways with the Bray Wanderers U-19s.

“It’s costing us a few quid to go there even though there’s a bit of finance towards your trip – it’s still not enough to cover costs so we want to win and get into the next round and see can we get a few bob back and see where it takes us for the rest of the competition. We’ll be taking it seriously.

“I was very disappointed to see him go. Marc has a very good reputation at that age group. He was fantastic at Rovers where he did a great job. He played a big part in all those young lads coming through. I’ll miss him around the place, he’s a larger than life type of fella. But that’s football, we move on.”
