It was very hard to choose from an Avondale perspective but the defending on Saturday was excellent with Saoirse Kearnon keeping the lethal Philip Healy quiet and work horse Eugene Dunne driving his team forward in the crucial moments and mopping up a lot of breaking ball. These two couldn’t be separated.
