LUISNE

Sometime after September 22 will see the end of the Holy Faith Convent in Kilcoole and, consequently, of Luisne as we have known it up to now.

The Darraghville Partnership was not successful in its bid to buy the property. The group who are in the process of buying the property were willing to have us continue activities in the house. We thought this was good news and have been in a flurry of activity publicising workshops and the dates when the meditation sessions could resume. However, Holy Faith do not want this so, unfortunately, some changes are now necessary.

The daily meditation sessions cannot now begin on September 4 as advertised but will have to be postponed till further notice. You will need to keep up to date with our website for information as well as through reading our newsletter.

The workshop on September 16 with Diarmuid O’Murchu is scheduled to take place in the Kilcoole Community Centre. Thank you. Sr Miriam.
