Holding a mobile phone while driving
A man who was holding a mobile phone while driving was fined €200 recently at Bray District Court.
Marcus Dunne (44), 141 Raheen Park, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, was driving on the Dublin Road on January 1, 2017 at 9.50 a.m. when gardai saw him on the phone.
The court heard that a subsequent fine was not paid. He apologised to the gardai.
