Charity bridge night raises €1,000 for Greystones Cancer Support

-

COOLAGAD Bridge Club held a charity night recently for Greystones Cancer Support and raised a total of €1,035.

It was a wonderful evening. Greystones Bridge Club was chock-a-block with players. Many players came from other bridge clubs to port the event, which also received tremendous support from SuperValu.

‘A very big thank you to all the players in Coolagad Bridge Club and their guest players for helping Greystones Cancer Support to continue its work,’ said Sonia Walsh, Chairman of Greystones Cancer SUpport.

‘GCS is a voluntary group and relies on the community to ensure that assistance can be given to cancer patients, their families and their friends. We can now offer more help to those in need.’
